Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered
Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations
